An effective San Bernardino skunk repellent is the motion detector sprinkler. Its purpose is to wake fear inside the animal, so it makes it reluctant to come near your home. The motion detector sprinkler which works by detecting the animal's natural heat and movement makes a “ticking” sound that startles the skunk and also sprays a burst of water, repelling him away.
