In the world, Skunks produce one of the most repelling smells and are also pests to urban developments or plantations. Many traps and remedies have been improvised to repel Skunks and not all are effective against these stench-ridden creatures. But few smells have proved to efficiently repel Jacksonville skunks. So, what smells repel skunks?
Ammonia
Ammonia is an inorganic chemical, composed of nitrogen and hydrogen, which produces a pungent odor. Due to the pungent odor it creates, Ammonia serves as a remarkable chemical repellent against Jacksonville skunks, but it's chemical properties causes damage to surrounding vegetation.
