Barry County Wildlife Tip: I would not go so far as to choose one of the ultra-high-speed steel box traps of any animal trap but would probably settle for something like the .35 Remington animal trap. This animal control tool performs about the same as my .18/SS in neighborhood, has about the same effect when it hits a conflict animal and has the advantage of extended range in the open country. If I changed steel box traps, I would probably continue to reach out for those nuisance wildlife which are fifty yards beyond effective range, as I do now, and as I would probably do this regardless of the humane cage trap that I was using.
