Hasbrouck Heights Wildlife Tip: There was an oval-shaped flat, studded with mesquite trees, fanning out in front of a sharp-rising hill. The pest critter had bedded down on the side of the hill where he could watch the flat and glimpse anything that suggested danger. I was still a full 10 feet to the urban wild animal from the hill when I spotted movement up near the hogback ridge. t got my scope sight on it just as the fleeing nuisance wildlife topped the rise and vanished down the other side. As the pest critter crossed over, I got a glimpse of teeth, a bragging-sized rack. This nuisance wildlife didn't live to enjoy old age by being dumb.
