Birmingham Wildlife Tip: The "laboratory" was a backyard barbecue grill. The ingredients were critter fur steaks, cut to a thickness of 2 inches. a homemade barbecue sauce, some charcoal briquets, and hickory chips. After an elaborate dinner, highlighted by reddish-colored critter fur cooked medium, the man commented that he'd never tasted such delicious steaks. I didn't let him know differently, allowing him to go his merry way, still holding to his firm convictions, but I'd satisfied my own curiosity, critter fur can, if prepared and cooked correctly, be a gourmet's delight. Me, I like the wild taste of critter fur.
