Mice are close cousins to rats meaning they too, can be as much a headache as rats are to you, your family and neighbors. Small as they are, these rodents are capable of causing astronomical damage to your home.

• Pets- cats and dogs can be a great way to get rid of mice in your home. However, the pet you decide to use must be well trained; otherwise, they will make friends with the mice and treat them as friends.
• You can use snap traps to effectively kill the mice by breaking their necks instantly killing them.
• You can use live cages- however; the main concern is where to relocate the mice to once you have trapped them.
• You can use glue traps- these are however a source of great pain and misery to the animal in question and is definitely not humane.
• Poison- some people use poison, however the problem is you may kill other animals. The mouse suffers a great too.

Natural methods like pets and exclusion doors are a better mouse control than other methods which tend to be inhumane and pose risk to your children and other pests. Consider them.
